金钗石斛多糖的研究进展

Research Advance of Polysaccharides from Dendrobium nobile Lindl.

金钗石斛是我国的名贵中药,化学成分主要有多糖类、生物碱类和酚类等,其中多糖为主要成分之一。现代药理学研究表明,金钗石斛多糖具有调节免疫、抗肿瘤和抗氧化等功能,引起了众多专家学者的广泛关注。文中分类综述了金钗石斛多糖的含量、结构分析及生物活性等方面的研究工作,为金钗石斛多糖的开发应用提供参考。

Dendrobium nobile,is widely used in traditional Chinese and folk medicine,contains a variety of chemical constituents,such as polysaccharides,alkaloids,polyphenolsand so on.Modern pharmacological studies showed that bioactivities,such as immuno-modulatory,antitumor,and antioxidant properties,have been found for Dendrobium nobile polysaccharides,which has provoked widespread concern among many experts and scholars.The recent progresses of polysaccharide from Dendrobium nobile on content,structure analysis and biological activity were summarized in this review,which can provide curtain theory for the dcvelopment and application of Dendrobium nobile polysaccharides.
