Research Progress of Calpain /Calpasatin System in the Female Reproduction Regulation

钙蛋白酶-钙蛋白酶抑制蛋白系统在多种细胞中发挥作用,在雌性生殖系统中其对卵母细胞、子宫与胎盘的调控也起着重要作用。对该系统在雌性生殖调控中的作用的研究进展进行了综述,为进一步了解该系统奠定基础。

Calpain/calpastatin system is a large family and takes important roles in the cells normal function.In female reproduction,the calpain/calpastatin system is involved in the development of oocyte,uterus and placenta.Thus,this paper summarized the characteristics and functions of calpain/calpastatin regulation in the female reproduction.
