宫腔镜电切术后联合妈富隆及生化汤治疗子宫内膜息肉临床研究

Clinical Study of Hysteroscopy Combined Marvelon and Biochemical Decoction in the Treatment of Endometrial Polyp

目的:探讨宫腔镜电切术后联合妈富隆及生化汤治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床疗效。方法:随机选取行的患者81例,术后根据患者意愿分成两组,观察组41例,口服妈富隆及生化汤3个周期;对照组40例,口服妈富隆治疗。观察两组患者术后月经量增多、经期延长、不规则阴道出血症状改善情况、再次出现异常子宫出血的时间及例数,息肉复发情况。结果:观察组术后月经量增多、经期延长、不规则阴道出血症状改善(有效)41例,对照组(有效)39例,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组术后复发率为0,对照组术后复发率7.5%(3/40),两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:宫腔镜电切术后联合妈富隆及生化汤治疗子宫内膜息肉在改善月经量增多、经期延长、不规则阴道出血等症状,减少息肉复发等方面有一定疗效,尤其在减少息肉复发方面更有价值。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of hysteroscopy combined marvelon and bio-chemical decoction in the treatment of uterine endometrial polyps .Method：81 patients were selected and di-vided into two groups, the observation group （41 cases）, took marvelon and biochemical decoction for 3 cy-cle;control group （40 cases）, took marvelon therapy.And then observed postoperative menorrhagia , menos-taxis, irregular vaginal bleeding , and polyp recurrence in two groups .Result：The improvement of menorrha-gia, menostaxis, irregular vaginal bleeding symptoms of the patients in the observation group and control group （effective） was 41 cases 39 cases, no significant differences between the two groups （P＆gt;0.05）; the recurrence rate of the patients in the observation group control group was 0 and 7.5%, there is significant difference between two groups （P＆lt;0.05）.Conclusion： Hysteroscopy combined marvelon and biochemical decoction in the treatment of endometrial polyps is effective , in improving the menstruation menstruation , ir-regular vaginal bleeding and other symptoms , especially in reducing the recurrence of polyps .
