腹腔镜联合X线导丝介入中药疏通输卵管近端阻塞的研究

Laparoscopic Combined X-ray Godet Involved in Traditional Chinese Medicine in Dredging Proximal Tubal Obstruction

目的:观察腹腔镜联合X线导丝介入中药疏通输卵管近端阻塞效果。方法:选择我院2009年4月至2012年9月妇产科接收的输卵管近端阻塞患者60例,随机分为观察组与对照组各30例,对照组采用宫腹腔镜联合手术疏通输卵管,观察组采用腹腔镜联合X线导丝介入中药疏通输卵管。术后2个月通过输卵管造影了解两组输卵管再通情况,确定输卵管通畅者指导其怀孕及孕期注意事项等,术后随访1年对比两组患者宫内妊娠率及输卵管妊娠率。结果:术后两个月观察组患者输卵管总通畅率明显较对照组增高,两组对比P<0.05,且观察组患者完全通畅率也明显高于对照组,P<0.05,具有明显统计学意义。术后随访1年后,观察组患者无输卵管妊娠发生,而对照组输卵管妊娠发生率为26.67%,两组对比P<0.05,具有统计学意义,且观察组宫内妊娠率明显较对照组提高,两组对比P<0.05,具有明显统计学意义。结论:腹腔镜联合X线导丝介入中药疏通输卵管近端阻塞可明显提高输卵管总通畅率,降低宫外孕输卵管妊娠发生率,值得临床推广使用。

Objective：To research the laparoscopic combined X-ray godet involved in traditional Chi-nese medicine （ TCM） in dredgeing proximal tubal obstruction .Mte hod：60 cases of patients with proximal tubal obstruction from our hospital from April 2009 to September 2012 .They were randomly divided into ob-servation group and control group ,each group with 30 cases, the control group adopted the laparoscopy com-bined dredge tubal , the observation group with laparoscopic combined X-ray godet involved in traditional Chinese medicine .2 months later to know the recanalization of the fallopian tube of the two groups by imaging after operation .Determined the tubal patency and guided the pregnancy and the matters which needed to be paid attention during pregnancy ,followed-up 1 year, and compared the two groups of patients with intrauter-ine pregnancy rate and the rate of fallopian tube pregnancy .Result：Two months later , the postoperative tub-al patency rate of the observation group were significantly higher than the control group , and the observation group of patients with complete patency rate was significantly higher than the control group （ P＆lt;0.05） , There＆#39;s obvious statistical significance .Followed-up 1 year, the observation group of patients without tubal preg-nancy, the tubal pregnancy rate of the control group was 26.67%, compared the two groups, had statistically significant P＆lt;0.05, and the intrauterine pregnancy rate of observation group was obviously increased than the control group,had obvious statistical significance P＆lt;0.05.Conclusion： The laparoscopic combined X-ray godet involved in traditional Chinese medicine （ TCM） in dredging proximal tubal obstruction can obviously improve the fallopian tube patency rate , reduce the incidence of ectopic pregnancy tubal pregnancy , worth clinical promotion use .
