摘要
目的:探讨耐药基因P-gp、GST、ToPo-Ⅱ与bcl-2(凋亡基因)及p53(抑癌基因)在肺癌组织中表达及意义。方法:收集2010年1月至2012年4月间我科因肺癌行手术切除标本161份癌组织,采用免疫组化S-P法检测癌组织中P-gp、ToPo-Ⅱ、GST、bcl-2、p53的表达情况。结果:大细胞癌和腺鳞癌中P-gp、ToPo-Ⅱ、GST、bcl-2表达明显高于其它类型的非小细胞癌(P<0.05);P-gp、ToPo-Ⅱ、GST、bcl-2阳性表达率与癌组织分化程度呈正相关,与p53呈负相关性;P-gp、GST、bcl-2表达阳性率均与p53具有相关性。结论:P-gp、ToPo-Ⅱ、GST、bcl-2、p53在肺癌多药耐药中起重要作用,联合检测有助于判断疗效及预后。
Objective:To study the expression and significance of drug resistance gene P -gp, GST, ToPo-Ⅱand bcl-2 gene ( apoptosis gene ) and p53 ( anti-oncogene ) in lung cancer tissues .Method:A to-tal of 161 carcinoma tissue specimens collected from lung cancer patients surgically resected in our depart-ment from Jan.2010 to Apr.2012.Using immunohistochemical S-P method to detect the expression of P-gp, ToPo-Ⅱ, GST, bcl-2 and p53 in cancer tissue .Result:The expression of P-gp, ToPo-Ⅱ, GST and bcl-2 in the glands squamous carcinoma and large cell carcinoma is significantly higher than other types of non-small cell carcinoma (P&lt;0.05); P-gp, ToPo-Ⅱ, GST and bcl-2 positive expression rate was posi-tively associated with the degree of differentiation in cancer tissue , and negatively correlation with p 53;posi-tive expression rate of P-gp, GST and bcl-2 were associated with p 53.Conclusion: P-gp, ToPo-Ⅱ, GST, bcl-2 and p53 play an important role in lung cancer on multi-drug resistance , the joint detection helps to judge the curative effect and prognosis .
