老年糖尿病并发周围神经功能紊乱的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Elderly Diabetic with Peripheral Nerve Dysfunction

目的:探究老年糖尿病患者并发周围神经功能紊乱的相关危险因素,为临床治疗提供依据。方法:将168例老年糖尿病患者根据周围神经功能紊乱情况分为两组,比较两组患者的一般情况、常规指标、生化指标、生活史以及合并症等情况。结果:观察组患者年龄、病程、空腹血糖、糖化血红蛋白以及视网膜病变和糖尿病肾病发生率均高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:糖尿病并发周围神经功能紊乱具有多种危险因素,临床上应采取有效治疗措施综合防治患者高血糖和其他微血管病变等合并症的发生,以降低患者周围神经功能紊乱的发生。

Objective： To explore tile related risk factors nerve dysiuoction. Method： 168 cases of elderly patients with function we~ divided into two groups, and then compared of elderly diabetic patients with peripheral diabetes according to peripheral nerve dys- general data, conventional indicators, biochemical , life histmy , and complications and so on. Result： The patient＇s age , duration of fasting blood glucose , glycosylated hemoglobin and retinopathy and diabetic nephropathy incidence rate in observing group was higher than those in control group, P〈0.05. Conclusion： Diabetic peripheral nerve dysfunction with a varie- ty of risk factors clinical treatment should take effective measures to comprehensive prevention and control high blood sugar in patients with microvascular disease and other complications such as occur in order to re- duce the patient ＇s peripheral nerve dysfunction occurs .
