市场一体化进程下的政府投资对经济增长的影响——基于我国省级面板数据的实证检验

The Impact of Government Investment to Economic Growth Under Market Integration Process:Based on Empirical Test of China's Provincial Panel data

我国近十几年来的经济增长创造了世界经济发展史上的奇迹，政府投资在其中功不可没。在当下经济增长放缓的同时，如何提高政府投资的效率是学术界讨论的重点。利用28个省份9种商品15年（1996-2010年）的数据分析了中国如何更好地提高市场一体化程度，进而提升政府投资推动经济发展的能力。主要结论有：消除地方保护主义、促进市场一体化，以达到规模经济效益，推动经济更好、更快地发展。

China＇ s economicgrowthin the last decade has created a miracle in the history of the development ofthe world economy. The government investment is the most importance. Now, how to improve the efficiency of gov-ernment investment under the current economic slowdown is the focus of discussion in the article. This paper usethe data of 15 years （1996 -2010） of the 28 provinces and nine kinds of products to prove how to improve the de-gree of market integration better and to enhance government investment to promote economic development. The re-sult shows that eliminate local protectionism and promote market integration, in order to achieve economies ofscale, and to promote the sustainability of economic development.
