摘要
通过理论推演和利用我国省际面板数据的实证分析表明,经济发展和技术进步对人口老龄化具有显著的正影响,且我国经济发展每增长1%,人口老龄化会增长0.035%,技术进步每增长1%,人口老龄化会增长0.041%。基于此,我国应该通过增加教育投入、大力发展人力资本促进经济持续发展和技术进步的方式来降低出生率、控制人口总量。
Through theoretical deduction and the use of our country inter - provincial Panel Data analysis showsthat economic development and technological progress has a significant positive impact to the aging of the popula-tion, and China' s economic development every 1% increase, the population aging will increase 0. 035%, each 1%increase in technological advances, population aging will increase 0. 041%. Based on this, our country should inincrease investment in education and human capital to promote sustainable economic development and technologicalprogress, and by this way, to facilitate a decrease in birth rate and control total population.
