摘要
为了提取HE染色骨组织切片的骨小梁,实现骨小梁面积定量检测,以极坐标扩散方式创建视觉模型,划分骨小梁与骨细胞、骨皮质的边界。提取背景某一像素的RGB值,把病理切片所有像素的RGB值对背景像素求取三维欧式距离,获得阈值,对图像二值化分割,通过区域填充获得骨小梁。结果表明视觉模型能较好地获得感兴趣区域的边界,计量的骨小梁面积精度高于常规软件,检测结果鲁棒性相对于常规软件提高了95%以上,人机交互少,降低了检测的盲目性,提高了检测速度。
To extract trabecular bone of hematoxylin-eosin staining staining bone tissue pathological slices, for quantitative detection of trabecular bone area, create a polar diffusion model, to let computer extract any hematoxylin-eosin staining dyeing bone slice trabecular bone, divide the boundary of the trabecutar bone with bone ceils and bone cortex. Extract a pixel' s RGB values of background,use RGB color value of all pixels with the background pixels to calculate 3d euclidean distance, get threshold, to achieve image binarization segmentation, by area filling get trabecular bone. Results show that the visual model can get the boundary of the region of interest well. Measurement accuracy and speed are significantly improved. Results of measurement relative to the conventional software the robustness improve over 95% , reduce human-computer interaction, to reduce the blindness of testing.
