褪黑素及多巴胺对猪精液液态保存效果的影响 被引量:6

Effects of Melatonin and Dopamine on Liquid Storage of Boar Semen

摘要 为了探讨2种抗氧化剂在猪精液液态保存中的效果,将褪黑素(0、0.001、0.01、0.1 mmol/L)、多巴胺(0、1、10、100 mmol/L)加入稀释液中,对猪精液进行常温及低温保存。结果表明:常温保存时各褪黑素实验组稀释后活力或0.1 mmol/L组有效存活时间与对照组无显著差异(P>0.05),其他指标、各实验组均显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)好于对照组;低温保存时褪黑素各组稀释后活力或存活指数之间、0.001 mmol/L和0.1 mmol/L组有效存活时间与对照组之间没有显著差异(P>0.05),0.01 mmol/L组有效存活时间和各实验组总存活时间显著好于对照组(P<0.05);1 mmol/L多巴胺组常温保存存活指数和低温保存总存活时间显著好于对照组(P<0.05),其他指标或另2个实验组所有指标与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05),100 mmol/L多巴胺组常温保存下各指标显著(P<0.05)或极显著(P<0.01)差于对照组。总之,合适浓度的褪黑素可以提高猪精液液态保存后的品质;低浓度的多巴胺更有利于猪精子的液态保存,但其适宜的低温保存添加浓度有待探讨。 The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of two antioxidants on liquid storage of boar semen. Boar semen was room-temperature or low-temperature preserved with the extenders supplemented with melatonin (0, 0.001, 0.01 and 0.1 mmol/L) and dopamine (0, 1, 10 and 100 mmol/L). The results showed that: motility of extended spermatozoa room-temperature preserved in the presence of melatonin or survival effective time in 0.1 mmol/L melatonin weren't significantly different from that of the control (P〉0.05), the other parameters of treated spermatozoa were significantly (P〈O.05) or highly significantly (P〈0.01) better than that of the control; there weren't significant differences (P〉0.05) in motility of extended spermatozoa survival index of spermatozoa preserved at low temperature among the four groups or in survival effective time between 0.001 0.1 mmol/L melatonin and the control, and survival effective time in 0.01 mmol/L melatonin or survival overall time of treated spermatozoa were significantly (P〈0.05) higher than the untreated ;1 mmol/L dopamine significantly improved survival index or survival overall time of room- temperature or low-temperature preserved spermatozoa (P〈0.05), but no significant enhancement (P〉0.05), even significantly (P〈0.05) or highly significantly (P〈0.01) low results of the other parameters or all parameters added in 10 and 100 mmol/L dopamine, were achieved. In conclusion, appropriate concentrations of melatonin can advance the quality of liquid-storage boar semen; low concentration of dopamine is more beneficial to liquid storage of boar spermatozoa and its proper concentration at low temperature is pending further investigation.
