改善风电汇集系统静态电压稳定性的无功电压协调控制策略 被引量:47

摘要 针对风电场集群作为弱联接送端系统所面临的无功电压问题,研究了可应用于大规模风电汇集系统的静态电压稳定评价指标,并在此基础上提出了一种改善风电汇集系统静态电压稳定性的无功电压协调控制策略。该策略采用基于过滤集合的原对偶内点法求解多目标优化控制模型,通过协调控制风电场和汇集站内的多种无功电压调节设备,能够在满足中枢节点电压控制指令的同时均衡汇集系统的电压分布,提高动态设备的无功裕度,从而改善风电汇集系统的静态电压稳定性。对中国北方某实际风电汇集地区的仿真计算验证了所提控制策略的有效性。 In allusion to the reactive power and voltage issue that the integrated wind farm cluster, which is regarded as a weakly connected sending-end system, has to be faced with, the static voltage stability evaluation index for large-scale wind power centralized system is researched, and on this basis a coordinated strategy for reactive power and voltage control to improve the static ,voltage stability of wind power centralized system is proposed. The prime-dual interior point filter algorithm is used in the proposed strategy to solve the multi-objective optimization control model. Through coordinative control of various reactive power and voltage regulation equipment configured in wind farms and centralized station, the voltage distribution within the wind power centralized system can be equalized while the voltage control instruction of pilot node is satisfied to enhance the reactive power margin of dynamic equipment, thus the static voltage stability of wind power centralized system can be improved. The effectiveness of the proposed control strategy is validated by simulation results of a certain wind farm centralized system in North China.
