摘要 为改善由于风速波动而引起的风力发电机电能品质不佳的问题,该文利用能量缓冲和闭环反馈技术,结合电力分段线性方法,针对离网型风电系统提出一种电容缓冲双参数控制储能策略。在Matlab/Simulink中通过建模仿真,实现了恒流恒压充电、动态储能补偿和低风速下储能,验证了设计的正确性。由于该电源管理单元具有低风速储能的优点,所以该设计的双参数控制器风能利用率高,应用风速范围广,为以后的开发研究提供了有益参考。 To improve dissatisfactory wind power quality caused by wind speed fluctuation, using energy buffer and closed-loop feedback combining with piecewise linearity an energy storage strategy with two-parameter controller and buffer capacitor for off-grid type wind power system is proposed. Utilizing Matlab/Simulink software, the modeling and simulation of the proposed control strategy are performed, and the constant current and constant voltage charging of lithium battery energy storage system, dynamic energy storage compensation and energy storage under low wind speed are implemented, thus the correctness of the design scheme is validated. Since the designed power management unit is enable to store up energy under low wind speed, the designed two-parameter controller possesses such features as high utilization rate of wind energy and suitability for wide range of wind speed. The proposed controller is available for reference to follow-up development and research.
