肠内营养乳剂中4种元素的ICP-AES法测定

Determination of Four Elements in Enteral Nutritional Emulsion by ICP-AES

建立了电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定肠内营养乳剂(TP)中的钙、钾、镁、钠4种元素含量。供试品经湿法消解后测定,钙、钾、镁、钠的发射谱线分别为422.7、766.5、285.2和589.6 nm。这4种元素分别在0.4~1.6、1~4、0.15~0.6和0.6~2.4μg/ml浓度范围内线性关系良好,加样回收率分别为(101.6±1.6)%、(98.9±0.9)%、(101.0±0.6)%和(99.9±1.5)%,最低定量限分别为3、2、1和2 ng/ml。

An inductively coupled plasma-atomic emission spectrometry （ICP-AES） method was established for the determination of calcium, potassium, magnesium and sodium in enteral nutritional emulsion （TP）. The samlpes were treated with wet digestion. The emission lines of Ca, K, Mg and Na were 422.7, 766.5, 285.2 and 589.6 nm, respectively. Their calibration curves were linear in the concentration ranges of 0.4 - 1.6, 1 - 4, 0.15 - 0.6 and 0.6 - 2.4 μg/ml. The recoveries of these four elements were （101.6±1.6） %, （98.9±0.9） %, （101.0±0.6） % and （99.9±1.5） %, respectively. Their low limits of quantification were 3, 2, 1 and 2 ng/ml, rest^ectivelv.
