This paper mainly analyzes college English translation teaching approach and technique from the view of pragmatic .The analysis is practical .Language context ,speech act theory ,conversation implicature theo-ry,etc.are instructive to English translation teaching .We can combine the content and form of English transla-tion teaching by making use of pragmatic techniques .
