个人知识管理与教师专业发展研究

摘要 伴随着知识经济时代的来临,个人知识管理已从企业走进教育领域,并使教育领域产生巨大的变化。教师作为受过专门教育和训练的,在学校中向学生传递人类科学文化知识和技能的人,不断地提高个人知识管理,已经成为当今社会对教师发展的迫切需要,基于此,本文探讨了教师专业发展和个人知识管理的概念及重要性,并提出了个人知识管理的教师专业发展策略。 With the advent of knowledge economy ,personal knowledge management from the enterprise into the field of education and produce great changes in education field .Teachers for special education and trained , pass to students in school of human scientific and cultural knowledge and skills ,continuously improve the per-sonal knowledge management ,in today ’ s society has become the urgent need of development of teachers .Based on this,this article discusses the concept and significance of the teachers ’ professional development and per-sonal knowledge management and put forward the personal knowledge management of the strategy of teachers ’ professional development .
