摘要
目的探讨红细胞免疫黏附功能与疟疾感染的相关性。方法在桂西地区随机抽取30岁以上经历过三次疟疾流行的人群作为研究对象,其中有587例曾经感染或者正在感染疟疾的患者(易感组),另有560例未感染疟疾的健康成年人(非易感组)。抽取研究对象静脉血1ml,与利用BAC小鼠制备的S-180黏附细胞悬液混合,检测两组人群红细胞黏附功能,探讨疟疾感染与红细胞免疫黏附功能的关系。结果非易感组的红细胞黏附率要强于易感组(P=0.031);两组间女性的比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.004),疟疾非易感者黏附活性高于疟疾易感者;两组间壮族的比较差异有统计学意义(P=0.029),疟疾非易感者黏附活性高于疟疾易感者。结论红细胞的黏附活性和疟疾的感染之间存在一定的联系,红细胞的黏附活性对疟疾感染有抵抗作用,为疟疾感染的诊断和治疗提供了新思路,其具体作用机制有待进一步研究。
Objective To evaluate the correlation of erythrocyte innate immune adhension function and malaria in-fection.Methods People who aged over 30 and experienced three malaria epidemics in western region of Guangxi were selected as the study object.Among them, 587 cases having been infected with malaria in the past or being infected were selected as the susceptible group,and 560 not being infected by malaria as the non-susceptible group.1 ml of ve-nous blood of the study object was drawn to mix with S-180 adherent cell suspension made by BAC mice.Then,the e- rythrocyte adhesion functions of both groups were tested to explore the relationship between erythroeyte innate im-mune adhension function and malaria infection.Results The Erythrocyte adhesion rate of the non-susceptible group was higher than that of the susceptible group( P =0.031). There was statistical difference in the comparison of eryth-rocyte adhesion of female patients between two groups( P = 0.004). The erythrocyte adhesion activity of the non-sus- ceptible group was higher than that of the susceptible group.In addition, there was statistical difference in erythrocyte adhesion activity of Zhuang people of two groups( P = 0.029) and adhesion activity of non-susceptible group was higher than that of the susceptible group.Conclusion There is an osculatory relationship between erythrocyte adhe-sion activity and malaria infection. Erythrocyte adhesion activity can resist malaria infection,which will provide new i-deas for the diagnosis and treatment of malaria infection. However, its functional mechanism needs further study.
