缬沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压价值分析

Analysis of the therapeutic value of valsartan combined with levamlodipine for patients with primary hypertension

目的探讨缬沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压的临床价值。方法选择原发性高血压患者100例,随机分为两组各50例,所有患者均采用饮食调节、运动指导、改变生活方式等基本处理后,对照组药物治疗选择单纯左旋氨氯地平片2.5mg,每天1次,观察组则使用左旋氨氯地平片1.25mg联合缬沙坦80mg,每天1次,在治疗8周后记录两组患者收缩压和舒张压情况,并统计治疗期间发生的不良反应情况。结果治疗8周后,观察组收缩压和舒张压均在正常范围,且显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组发生低钾血症、头晕和心悸的比率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论缬沙坦联合左旋氨氯地平治疗原发性高血压临床降压效果好、不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical value of valsartan combined with levamlodipine for treating primary hypertension.Methods 100 cases with primary hypertension were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 50 cases in each group. After basic treatment including dietary adjustments, exercise guidance and lifestyle changes, the control group were only given 2.5 mg of levamlodipine tablets once a day, while the observa- tion group were given 1.25 mg of levamlodipine tablets combined with 80mg of valsartan once a day.After 8 weeks of treatment, the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure as well as adverse reactions during treatment were recorded.Results After 8 weeks of treatment,the systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood Of the observation group were in normal range,significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0.01）. The incidence of hypokalemia, dizziness and palpitations of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group（ P 〈0.05 or 0.01）.Conclusion Valsartan combined with levamlodipine has positive clinical antihypertensive effect and few adverse reactions in treating primary hypertension.Thus, it is worthy of promotion in clinic.
