补阳、补阴类中草药微量元素的比较研究

Comparative Study of Trace Elements in Yang and Yin-tonifying Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的分析临床常用补阳药、补阴药中主要微量元素的含量。方法用火焰原子吸收光谱法分别对淫羊藿、肉苁蓉、杜仲、百合、黄精、墨旱莲等15味中药中的Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe 4种微量元素的含量进行统计和分析。结果分析表明,Zn、Mn、Cu、Fe 4种微量元素在补阳药、补阴药中含量较高,补阳药中含量由高到低为Fe,Mn,Zn,Cu,补阴药中含量由高到低为Fe,Zn,Mn,Cu。结论根据不同中药所含的微量元素数据,为这两类中药材的具体应用和进一步的研究提供参考。

Objective To analysis the content of main trace elements in commonly used yang and yin -tonifying traditional Chinese medicine .Method The flame atomic absorption spectrometry was adopted to determine and analysis the contents of four trace elements （ Zn, Mn, Cu and Fe ） in Epimedium, Citanche , Eucommia , Lily, Huang Jing , Mo Hanlian and other 15 kinds of herbal medicine .Result The four trace elements （ Zn, Mn, Cu, Fe） are rich in the yang and yin -tonifying traditional Chinese medicine.The content of these trace elements in the yang -tonifying traditional Chinese medicine shows Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, and that in yin -tonifying traditional Chinese medicine shows Fe , Zn, Mn, Cu. Conclusion The content of trace elements contained in different kinds of traditional Chinese medicine provides the reference for specific applications and further study .
