流域开发建设过程中存在的问题及对策——以赤水河为例

赤水河是长江上游的一级支流河,伴随流域经济发展,赤水河两岸开发建设过程中存在许多问题。建设单位对产生的弃土弃渣处理不当,未采取相应的临时水土流失防护措施,埋下水土流失隐患,对赤水河及水中生物的安全、赤水河流域与其息息相关的产业的维持产生了很大的威胁。提出了保护赤水河流域生态环境的建议,通过落实水土保持的各项工作,保障赤水河安全。

Chishui River is the first level branch river of the upper reaches of Yangtze River. Along with economic development in the basin, the construction company has many problems in the process of construction. They dealt with the soil and stone discarded improperly and did not take temporary measures to pretend the potential problems such as soil and water loss. It threatened the safety of the Chishui River and the fish living in it and the industry that are closely linked to the Chishui River. The suggestions on ecological environment protection are given, such as, soil and water conservation work need to be done for ensuring the safety of Chishui River.
