盐分胁迫对菊芋幼苗生长指标的影响 被引量:8

摘要 探讨不同盐分胁迫对菊芋幼苗生长发育的影响,旨为苗期菊芋耐盐鉴定与筛选提供理论数据支撑。本研究为盆栽试验,以菊芋品系BY1和BY2为试材,分别采用0(CK)、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%、0.8%和1.0%的NaCl溶液浇灌以模拟不同强度的盐胁迫,分析了不同浓度NaCl对菊芋相对株高、茎粗、叶面积、倒二叶长宽、干重和鲜重等生长指标的影响。结果表明:随着盐分浓度的升高,菊芋的各指标均呈逐渐下降趋势,其中0.4%盐度胁迫对相对株高、单株叶面积、倒二叶长度、干重和鲜重的影响均达到了极显著水平;≥0.6%高盐分胁迫对幼苗地上部干重和鲜重的影响较对地下部的影响大。0.4%盐分浓度能够明显抑制菊芋幼苗生长,可作为菊芋苗期耐盐鉴定的参考浓度。 The effects of NaCl stress on the growth and development of Helianthus tuberosus seedlings were studied in order to provide theoretical basis for salt tolerance identification and screening of Helianthus tuberosus at the seedling stage.BY1 and BY2 of Helianthus tuberosus varieties were watered with 0 ( CK ) , 0.2%, 0.4%, 0.6%, 0.8% and 1.0% NaCl solutions through pot experiment, the influence of different salt concentrations on relative plant height, stem diameter, leaf area, upside second leaf length and width, dry weight and fresh weight of Helianthus tuberosus seedlings were analyzed.The results showed that the growth index of Helianthus tuberosus showed a downward trend with the increase of salt concentration, the relative plant height, leaf area, upside second leaf length, the dry weight the and fresh weight were remarkably declined under 0.4% NaCl solution.Beyond 0.6% NaCl solution, upside fresh weight and dry weight was affected more than root fresh weight and dry weight.0.4% NaCl solution had obvious inhibition on Helianthus tuberosus seedlings growth, it could be used as the reference concentration of salt tolerance.
