摘要
X射线衍射(XRD)是研究电极材料晶体结构性质的一种重要的工具,除此之外还能够用来研究化学反应的机理。在电化学系统之中,X射线衍射可以用于研究新型可充放电锂离子电池电极材料。在充放电的过程中对材料进行原位XRD测试,通过出峰位置的变化就能够推测出电化学反应的机理。它广泛运用于含碳、氧、氮、硫、金属嵌入等复合物的电化学体系中。
X-ray difl'raction(XRD) is a significant tool for studying the crystallographic properties of electrode materials and for determining electrochemical reaction mechanisms.Among other uses for electrochemical systems, XRD has played a prominent role n the characterization of novel electrode materials for rechargeable lithium batteries. XRD continues to play an important role in mechanistic studies and evaluations of material stability over a number of cycles for the wide variety of novel electrode materials which includes various carbons, oxides, nitrides, sulfides, intermetallics, and composites
