摘要
采用Na3PO4-KF-HF溶液对TC4钛合金进行表面转化膜处理,结果表明,50g/L磷酸三钠、20g/L氟化钾及2.5%氢氟酸组成的溶液体系能够使钛合金表面有效黑化。研究了酸洗对Na3PO4-KF-HF溶液体系TC4钛合金表面转化膜处理成膜增重的影响,结果表明,25℃下反应6min时成膜效果最好;对成膜前后的涂层附着力进行比对结果表明,经过磷酸盐-氟化物混合溶液处理的样品表面涂层不脱落,附着力得到了显著提升;并采用SEM、EDS、XRD对转化膜表面形貌和组成进行了分析。
The effective black on titanium alloy surface were makd by the Na3 PO4- KF- HF solution system of TC4 titanium alloy surface conversion coating treatment. The conversion coating surface morphology and composition were analyzed using SEM, EDS and XRD. To study the acid pickling of Na3PO4- KF- HF solution system transfor- mation of TC4 titanium alloy surface film deals with the influence of film to put on weight, and to compare the before and after the film coating adhesion, the results show that the mixed solution of phosphate, fluoride treatment significantly improved its sample surface coating adhesion.
