摘要
分析了超声波技术在钢铁冶金及其他行业的研究现状,认为超声波技术在Fe基非晶的生产中也有广泛的应用前景,可以用来除去合金母液中的气体和夹杂物,可以防止喷嘴结垢,同时可以破除喷出带材表面的氧化膜。超声波在Fe基非晶中的应用还需要做出大量的研究工作。
The applications of ultrasonic technology in ferrous metallurgy and other industries were analyzed. The result showed that ultrasonic technology can be used in the production of Fe-based amorphous. The gas and alloy inclusions of mother liquor can be removed. The nozzle fouling can be prevented and the oxide film of strip surface can be descaled. The applications of ultrasonic technology in the Fe-based amorphous still need to make a lot of research work.
