美国临床药师服务模式的探讨

Discussion on the service mode of clinical pharmacists in the USA

目的:探讨美国临床药师的工作内容及模式,为提升我国临床药师服务质量和能力提供借鉴。方法:跟随美国临床药师共同开展医院临床药学服务,并对其工作内容和模式进行总结。结果:目前我国临床药师的服务内容和形式正趋同于美国,但服务质量和能力还有待提升。我国临床药学工作需要向精细化发展,在不断提升专业素养的同时,应注重服务意识和敬业精神的培养。结论:我国临床药师还需不断加强专业素养和服务意识,进一步提升临床药学服务的质量和能力。

Objective： To explore the work scope and service mode of clinical pharmacists in the USA, so as to provide reference for improving better service quality and capacity of clinical pharmacists in China. Methods： Clinical pharmaceutical care was delivered jointly with the American clinical pharmacists and the work and service mode was summarized accordingly. Results： Now, the service scope and work pattern of clinical pharmacists in China are quite similar to those in the USA, however, the service quality and capacity need further improvement. There is a strong demand for refined development of clinical pharrna ceutical care. Efforts should be made to upgrade professional quality of clinical pharmacists, and at the same time, attention should be paid to the training of professional awareness and sense of duty. Conclusion： Clinical pharmacists in China should make greater efforts for further improvement of their professional quality and sense of service, so as to further upgrade the quality and capacity of clinical pharmaceutical care.
