替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗转移性胃癌的疗效观察

Efficacy of tegafur,gimeracil and oteracil potassium capsules combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of patients with metastatic gastric cancer

目的：评估替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗转移性胃癌的疗效和安全性。方法：81例转移性胃癌病人采用替吉奥联合奥沙利铂方案化疗（口服替吉奥40~60 mg，bid，d 1~d 14；奥沙利铂130 mg/m2，d 1，ivgtt，2 h），3周为1个疗程。评价该方案对晚期胃癌的疗效和不良反应，并观察总生存时间。结果：所有病人中有2例完全缓解（2.5%），42例部分缓解（51.9%），病情稳定和疾病进展分别为21例（25.9%）和16例（19.8%），客观有效率为54.3%，疾病控制率为80.2%，中位生存期为11个月，1年生存率为31.3%。主要不良反应为骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应和感觉异常，经对症治疗后病人均可耐受，无化疗相关性死亡发生。结论：替吉奥联合奥沙利铂治疗转移性胃癌疗效较显著，病人耐受性好。

Objective：To evaluate the efficacy and safety of tegafur,gimeracil and oteracil potassium capsules （other name： S-1） combined with oxaliplatin in the treatment of patients with metastatic gastric cancer. Methods： Eighty one patients with metastatic gastric cancer received combinaed therapy of S-1 and oxaliplatin（oral S-1 40-60 mg, bid, d 1 d 14; oxaliplatin 130 mg/m2,d 1, intravenous infusion for 2 h）,3 weeks for a course of treatment. The efficacy and adverse drug reactions （ADRs） of the regimen in the treatment of patients with advanced gastric cancer were evaluated,and overall survival time was observed. Results： After treatment,2 cases （2.5%） showed completeremission,42 eases （51.9%） showed partialremission,21 cases （25. 9%） were in stable condition and 16 cases （19. 8%） were deteriorated. Objective effective rate accounted for 54.3%, and control rate accounted for 80.2%. Median overall survival timeof the patients was 11 months and 1 year survival rate was 31.3 %. Main ADRs were myelosuppression,gastrointestinal disturbance and paresthesia. Patients could tolerate these ADRs after symptonmtic treatment, and no chemotherapy related deaths occurred. Conclusion： Combined chemotherapy of S1 and oxaliplatin is an effective method and well tolerat for tbe treatment of patients with metastatic gastric cancer and patients could tolerate quite well.
