摘要
目的:了解营养宣教对经常在外就餐人群的知识、态度、行为(knowledge,attitude,practice,KAP)的干预效果,为合理在外就餐提供参考依据。方法:将392名上海市城镇居民随机分为干预组和对照组,干预组接受为期6个月的营养宣教,两组于0个月和6个月进行问卷调查。结果:6个月后,干预组居民营养知识知晓率和营养行为有显著性改善(P<0.05),KAP得分合格率和优秀率均有显著性提高(P<0.05),对照组无显著性变化。结论:开展系统、合理的营养宣教有助于提高经常在外就餐人群的KAP水平。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nutrition education on the knowledge, attitude and practice (KAP) of the population who frequently dined away from home, so as to provide evidence for reasonable dining away from home. Methods: Three hundred and ninety-two residents in Shanghai were randomly divided into 2 groups, the intervention group and lhe con trol group. The subjects in the intervention group were given 6-month nutrition education, and subjects of both groups received questionnaire survey at month 0 and month 6. Results: After 6 months, nutritional knowledge and practice in the subjects of the intervention group obviously improved (P〈0. 05), with qualified and excellent rates of KAP all significantly increased (P〈0.05), while no significant changes could be seen in the control group. Conclusion Systematic and proper nutrition education could help to increase the KAP level of those who frequently dined away from home.
