椎体成形术治疗新鲜椎体压缩性骨折 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨椎体成形术(Pereutaneous Kyphoplasty,PKP)治疗新鲜椎体压缩性骨折注入骨水泥的时机选择。方法回顾性分析2008年2月至2013年4月,采用PKP治疗骨质疏松性胸腰椎压缩性骨折71例患者资料。通过对比观察术中推注骨水泥时间来研究骨水泥渗漏情况及骨水泥渗漏类型等。结果直接持续推注骨水泥患者有8例10椎体外漏,但均未出现神经症状,经过改进推注骨水泥方法后未发生1例骨水泥外渗。结论对新鲜骨折及椎体后缘破裂上下终板破裂并不是绝对手术禁忌征。严格把握注入骨水泥时机是完全可以避免的并发症发生的。
