摘要
梁希作为新中国首任林垦(业)部长,为新中国林业建设作出了不可磨灭的贡献。梁希的林业建设思想的最大特色在于从群众出发、依靠并最终服务群众的群众林业建设思想,其内涵主要包括坚持走以群众利益为核心的群众林业路线,注重宣传动员、典型示范、调查研究,紧紧依靠广大人民群众发展新中国林业事业等。梁希的群众林业建设思想,对当下中国的生态文明建设具有重要的价值。
Liang Xi, as the first minister of forestry in the People＇s Republic of China, made an indelible contribution to China＇s forestry construction. It is of great significance to review and summarize Liang Xi＇s forestry construction thought. Its connotation includes adhering to the forestry route of the masses, regarding the public interests as the core, focusing on propaganda and mobilization, paying attention to the typical demonstration, investigation and study, firmly relying on the masses to develop the forestry of the People＇s Republic of China. Liang Xi＇s forestry construction thought of the masses has important inspiration value to China＇s present ecological civilization construction.
