摘要
对近年来葱属植物主要挥发性物质的研究进行了综述,不同研究组对同一种葱属植物的主要挥发性物质所得结果不尽相同,对可能的原因进行了分析,在此基础上提出常温下进行葱属植物挥发性物质的测定方法 -顶空技术与表面增强拉曼技术结合的方法,给出本课题组初步的实验结果。
This paper first presents a summary of the research in recent years on the major volatile compounds of Allium species. Regarding the major volatile compounds of a specific Allium species, differ- ent research groups have come to varying conclusions and this paper analyzes the possible reasons for this phenomenon, on the basis of which the authors proceed to suggest a measurement method for the volatile compounds of Allium species under room temperature - a combination of headspace and surface enhanced Raman spectroscopy. Finally, the authors present the elementary laboratory results of their own research.
