本文阐述了城市自来水水价制度形成的自然和社会原因,剖析了楚雄市现行自来水水价制度中存在的问题,针对具体实践并借鉴国内外城市自来水水价定价制度和改革经验,提出了对楚雄市自来水水价改革制度的思考和合理化建议。

After presenting both the natural and social factors influencing the water price system in the urban areas and analyzing the problems in the current water price system of Chuxiong, this paper proceeds to suggest some practical solutions based on reflections of the authors with reference of experience of water pricing system and its reform both at home and abroad.
