摘要
介绍一种利用数据挖掘技术建立用于呼叫中心运营中的预测分析挖掘模型。主要介绍了基于Microsoft SQL SERVER Analysis Services(SSAS)的神经网络算法,以及SSAS神经网络算法在对某呼叫中心数据进行预测分析中的应用,通过分析神经网络算法挖掘模型所发现的模式,理解数据和其中的趋势,为提高客户对呼叫中心满意度提供有力的参考和辅助。
This paper is an introduction to a predictive analysis and mining model applicable to the op- eration of call centers based on the data mining technology. The emphasis of the introduction falls on the neural network algorithm based on Microsoft SQL SERVER Analysis Services (SSAS) and the application of the SSAS neural network algorithm to the predictive analysis of the data of a call center. Analyzing the mode discovered by the neural network algorithm mining model to understand data and the tendency of the date can be of great help to enhancing customer satisfaction of the call center.
