构建了涪陵区可持续发展指标体系,采用层次分析法从可持续发展水平、协调性、持续度等3个方面分析了移民工程对涪陵区可持续发展的影响,找出移民工程对可持续发展影响的关键因素,以实现涪陵区的可持续发展。评价结论为三峡水库移民工程促进了涪陵区可持续发展综合水平的增长,但对可持续发展综合水平的促进作用持续性不强,移民工程对可持续发展影响的关键因素是人口可持续发展。

To build the sustainable development index system of Fuling, using analytic hierarchy process from the level of sustainable development, coordination, sustainable degree analysis the im- pact of immigration on the sustainable development in Fuling area, find out key factors affecting mi- gration engineering for sustainable development, in order to achieve sustainable development of Ful- ing. The conclusion of the evaluation to promote the comprehensive level of the sustainable develop- ment of Fuling growth for the Three Gorges Reservoir resettlement, but the comprehensive level of sustainable development to promote the role of not strong continuity, the key factors affecting the im- migration project on sustainable development is the sustainable development of population.
