上海市不同地区家庭医生服务认知分析

A perception analysis towards a family doctor service items in different region family doctors in shanghai city

目的了解上海市家庭医生应该具有什么样的服务内容。方法本课题对上海市3个地区社区医生进行了调查,采用现场调查方法。结果本次调查表明,家庭医生本人认为:要提供基本医疗服务项目、提供公共卫生服务项目(包括预防保健、医疗护理、健康咨询、康复指导、计划免疫、计划生育技术指导等)、提供家庭健康管理(包括家庭健康档案建立、风险因素评估、风险因素干预等),这三个方面的比例很高。鉴于目前该市的全科医生人力资源配置问题,全人群服务模式在服务内容上还无法保证服务内容的覆盖和质量,尤其是健康档案管理的全覆盖,需要经过精细的服务工时测算加以确定配置原则和内容。结论加强宣传,家喻户晓;加强全科医生的基本医疗和相关技能培训;深入家庭,细化服务。

Objective To understand a family doctor service items for the sake of family doctor service in Shanghai com- munity. Methods The community doctors in three region were investigated in Shanghai City, and the method of spot in- vestigates was carried out. Results This inquisition showed that it is must for a family doctor to offer the basic medical treatment service item and public health items and family health management items. In view of the current GP allocation problems in shanghai city, the whole population service mode can not take the guarantee of service quality. It is important to use the calculating service work fine for determining the GP allocation principles. Conclusion To enhance the policy publicity, and to make widely known; to strengthen ability training for the general practitioner＇ s basic medical treatment and the related technical; to take careful service deep into family.
