The irrigation area of Ningxia is an important part of economic development, with the＇ accelerating advancement of of social economy,the problem of water resources shortage is increasingly prominent. In coping with this, water management must be enhanced greatly.Measues like implementing unified scheduling of water resources, strengthening agricultural water saving, and increasing project transformation efforts should be taken to ensure food salty, ecological security and economic and social sustainable development.
