摘要
在道路线形指标与道路安全相关性的研究基础上,引入综合评价理论,建立了基于道路三维线形指标的综合评价模型。首先建立了评价指标体系,给出了各评价指标的相对事故率;然后提出了基于几何条件的非定长划分方法及各路段指标值的提取方法,并对提取的各指标值进行了预处理;其次对权重计算方法进行了探讨并基于线性加权模型提出了道路危险系数的概念;最后根据危险系数的兼容度及差异度对评价结果进行了优化。通过案例分析表明:该方法能够从三维线形指标的角度评估高速公路各路段的交通安全状况。
By analyzing the relationship between road alignment and traffic accident, this paper built the road alignment safety evaluation system. The safety evaluation system consisted of horizontal alignment indexes, vertical alignment indexes, cross-section indexes, the combination of horizontal alignment sections,and the combination of horizontal and vertical alignment. The establishment of evaluation model was divided into 4 steps: road segmentation, the pre-treatment of evaluation indexes, weight calculation and information integrated model. Then, risk coefficient was put forward to distinguish traffic accident hazardous locations. Finally, the case study indicated that the evaluation model was reasonable.
