地方高校科研定位及其管理策略刍议

The Humble Opinion on Scientific Research Orientation and Management Strategies in Local Universities

受地方高校趋同化发展影响,地方高校的科研未能为地方经济发展提供有效的科技支撑。文章提出应以科学发展观为指导,以全面、协调、可持续的理念原则来确定地方高校的科研定位,基于此,笔者对建立引导为主、服务至上的科研管理策略进行若干思考。

Since the impact of the local universities assimilation development, the scientific research actually has been failed to provide the effective technological support for local economic development. We suggest that under the guidance of scientific de- velopment concept, based on the comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable principle, to formulate the orientation of scientific research for local universities. Therefore, we give some opinions on establishing the ＂ guidance first and service supreme ＂ scien- tific research management strategies.
