高校培养应用型、复合型专业人才的主要途径是实践教学环节。结合《植物基因工程》实践教学的课程性质和特点,深入剖析了该课程实践教学中存在的主要问题及其原因,并对该课程实践教学进行改革和完善,提出了提高该课程实践教学质量的教学方法及具体措施,旨在克服传统实践教学弊端、完善课程实践教学体系、提高学生操作能力和创新意识、实现课程目标。

Practical teaching is a very important teaching link during the applying and mixed professionaI talents cultivation. For the characteristic nature of plant genetic engineering, the problems that existed in current teaching of the course and the reasons were analyzed. And some measures were proposed for improving practical teaching quality of courses. We aimed at resolving the traditional problems, perfecting practical teaching system,improving the ability in experimental operation and innovation and a- chieving the ideal teaching goals.
