摘要
以中型随车起重机折叠臂架结构为研究对象,为了降低此结构中液压缸最大受力和液压油波动对整机性能的影响,依据工作装置的工作原理,建立铰点优化数学模型,以液压缸受力最小为优化目标,各个铰点间长度为设计变量,在MATLAB中采用遗传算法对折叠臂架铰点位置进行优化设计,从优化结果可以看出,液压缸最大受力值明显减小,同时在整个工作过程中受力曲线较优化前曲线趋势明显变缓,液压油波动情况减弱,对液压缸安全性、稳定性具有重要意义.
Common folding jib of medium-sized lorry loading crane was chosen as the research object , and math-ematical model of hinge point optimization was established according to working principle of working device in or -der to lower the impact of the maximum force on the hydraulic cylinder and that of hydraulic oil fluctuation on this mechanical structure .Hinge position for folding jib optimization was designed based on genetic algorithm u-sing MATLAB software , regarding the maximum force of hydraulic cylinder optimal as the objective and hinge po-sition as design variables .The results of optimization indicate that the maximum force on hydraulic cylinder is re-duced and the force curve compared to the non-optimization one is gentler , which suggests the hydraulic impact become small and have a great significance to the security and stability of the hydraulic cylinder .
