呼吸机报警识别与防范处理的集束化干预研究 被引量:4

摘要 [目的]探讨呼吸机报警识别与防范处理中引入集束化干预策略的作用与效果。[方法]选取146例重症监护室(ICU)机械通气病人设为对照组,仅实施传统的护理措施,通过收集病人相关资料,对呼吸机报警及不良事件发生情况进行回顾性分析。将159例机械通气病人设为观察组,对病人实施集束化干预,制定一系列切实有效的安全措施并整合应用。对比研究两组病人相同时间段内呼吸机报警次数、处理时间及不良事件发生情况,观察集束化管理效果。[结果]发现观察组呼吸机第一等级、第二等级报警次数明显减少,报警处理时间缩短,不良事件发生率下降,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]实施集束化干预,加强多环节控制,可及时识别、处理呼吸机报警,有效指导临床工作,使机械通气病人得到安全有效的呼吸支持。 Obj ective:To probe into the effect of cluster of interventions in-troduced in ventilator alarm recognition and adverse events prevention. Methods:A total of 146 patients with mechanical ventilation in ICU were selected as control group,and the traditional nursing measures were imple-mented for them.Ventilator alarm and the occurrence of adverse events were retrospectively analyzed by collecting patients’relevant information. Another 1 5 9 patients with mechanical ventilation were selected as observa-tion group.Cluster intervention was carried out for the patients and a series of practical and effective safety measures were integrated applied.The ventilator alarm frequency,treatment time and occurrence of adverse e-vents were comparatively studied in the same period between two groups, and to observe the effect of cluster management.Results:The study found that the number of ventilator alarm for Grade 1 and 2 in observation group decreased significantly,alarm processing time was shortened,and the inci-dence of adverse events was reduced.There was statistically significant difference between two groups (P&lt;0.05 ).Conclusion:The implementa-tion of cluster intervention and strengthening multi-link control can iden-tify and deal with ventilator alarm in time and effectively guide the clinical work,so as to make the mechanical ventilation patients get the safe and ef-fective respiratory support.
