摘要
为优化履带式牵引机的结构,以TQDV-3200履带式牵引机为例,从传动系统、张紧系统和压紧系统3个方面对牵引力的传递过程进行了理论分析,介绍了设计方法,并按照设计方法对各项参数进行了校核,结果证明均能满足设计要求,但局部仍有进一步优化的必要。
In order to obtain the excellent the type of caterpillar tractor , it takes TQDV-3200 caterpillar tractor as example , introduces the delivered process and theory analysis , proposes the design method from the spread and traction system to the compress tightly system .Examining each parameter according to the design method , it proves that the machine can satisfy a design request , the part still has the necessity to further optimization .
