The possible mechanisms about general anesthetics induced postpoerative cognitive dysfunction

摘要 背景研究证实全身麻醉药物对认知功能具有一定的影响,其确切机制目前尚无定论。目的综述全身麻醉药物影响术后认知功能的各种可能机制及进展。内容全身麻醉药物可能通过影响神经递质及受体、突触可塑性、微管相关蛋白以及细胞凋亡机制对认知功能产生作用。趋向探讨全身麻醉药物影响认知功能的机制,为预防和治疗术后认知功能障碍(postoperative cognitive dysfunction,POCD)探索可能方法。 Background Although researches have confirmed that general anesthetics could effect on cognitive function, the underlying mechanisms and the contribution of general anaesthesia in particular to postoperative cognitive dysfunction remain unclear. Objective To review the mechanism of general anesthetics induced cognitive dysfunction. Content General anesthetics may intervent cognitive dysfunction through neurotransmitter and its receptor, synaptic plasticity, microtubules related protein and neuroapoptosis. Trend To explore the exact mechanisms of postoperative cognitive dysfunction (POCD), and to find the possible methods for prevention or treatment of POCD.
