摘要
背景瑞芬太尼由于其优异的药理学特性，已在临床上得到广泛应用。但一些副作用不容忽视，有时会直接威胁到围术期患者的生命安全。目的进一步了解瑞芬太尼在临床麻醉中出现的副作用，掌握有效的防治方法，确保用药安全。内容综述瑞芬太尼引起的呛咳、呼吸抑制、心动过缓、肌肉强直、撤药后痛觉超敏等副作用防治措施，做到合理用药。趋向高度重视并积极预防和处置瑞芬太尼的副作用，提高麻醉安全。
Background Remifentanil has been widely applied in the clinic because of its excellent pharmacological properties. However, some adverse effects usually occur perioperatively and put threats to the patients, which cannot be ignored by the anesthesiologist. Objective To discuss the adverse effects of remifentanil occurred perioperatively. Content This paper reviews the etiology and prevention of remifentanil-induced bucking, respiratory depression, bradycardia, muscle rigidity and hyperalgesia after withdrawal from remifentanil. Trend To fully understand and promptly treat remifentanil-induced adverse effects is helpful for the safe use of remifentanil in the clinic.
