幽门螺杆菌感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病关系的研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的探讨幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染与慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)发病的相关性,分析COPD患者血清细胞因子IL-6、IL-17的变化,及与anti-Hp—IgG、肺功能FEV,%pred的相关性。方法根据GOI,D指南选取31例[男性20例,女性11例,平均年龄(62.74±4.27)岁]临床确诊的COPD稳定期患者为COPD组,同时选取性别、年龄相匹配的健康志愿者30例[男性18例,女性12例,平均年龄(61.97±3.16)岁]为对照组。采用ELISA方法检测anti—HpIgG、IL-6、IL-17的水平,并进行肺功能检测。结果COPD组血清anti—Hp—IgG水平明显高于对照组(P=0.042),且患者肺功能FEV,%pred与anti—Hp—IgG水平呈负相关(r=-0.662,P〈O.001);COPD组血清IL6、IL-17水平分别明显高于对照组(P〈0.00l,P=0.036),且IL-17水平与anti—HP—IgG水平呈正相关(r-0.67l,P〈0.001)而与FEV。%pred呈负相关(r=-0.615,P〈O.001)。结论Hp感染促进了COPD的进展,可能与炎性介质IL-17的激活有关。 Objective We aimed to investigate the level of anti-Hp-IgG, IL-6 and 1L 17 in helicobacter pylori (Hp) patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) to determine whether there is an association between Hp infection and COPD. Methods We evaluated 31 COPD patients [-20 males and 11 females, aged ( 62.74 ± 4.27) years] and 30, age and sex-matched, control subjects. All subjects enrolled underwent an enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) test for anti- Hp-IgG,IL-6 and IL-L7. We also test {orced expiratory volume in 1 s (FEV1) values, which indicate the severity of COPD. Results Serum levels of Hp-specific IgG were significantly higher in the patients with COPD than in the control subjects ( P = 0. 042). Inaddition, Hp serum IgG levels were correlated with FEV1 values( r =-0. 662, P %0. 001);Serum levels of IL-6 and IL-17 were significantly higher in the patients with COPD than in the control subjects ( P %0. 001, P =0. 036 ,respectively). Moreover, serum IL-17 levels were correlated with FEV1 values( r =-0. 615, P %01 001)and Hp serum lgG levels ( r = 0. 671, P 〈0. 001). Conclusions The results suggest that there is an association between Hp infection and COPD. Mybe the reason is associated to IL-17 actived.
