摘要
选用新疆地产的温拌剂KSH,分别将KSH掺入新疆常用的两种沥青克90#和塔90#中,分别制备沥青质量1%、2%、3%、4%和5%的温拌沥青。对基质沥青和温拌沥青高低温粘度进行测试,分析温拌剂对沥青粘度的影响;并用Saal公式对沥青进行对数形式的回归,得出温拌剂的加入降低了沥青的感温性能。通过灰色关联度分析温拌剂加入后对沥青高温粘度影响最大的是饱和分含量,其次是芳香分含量。
This paper selects the Warm-Mixing agent KSH Xinjiang real estate,the incorporation of KSH into two kinds of asphalt in Xinjiang common Ke90#and Ta90#,respectively for warm mix as-phalt preparation of asphalt quality 1%,2%,3%,4% and 5%.Testing of asphalt and warm mix as-phalt high temperature viscosity,influence of temperature of asphalt mixing agent viscosity;and the as-phalt regression logarithmic form using the Saal formula,the warm mix additives reduced the temperature susceptibility of asphalt.Through the warm mix asphalt high temperature viscosity agent added to the im-pact is the biggest is saturates the grey correlation degree analysis,followed by the aromatic content.
