摘要
2013年,越南共产党加强对政治社会的领导,反腐力度加大,政治局势稳定,国会讨论通过多部重要法律,特别是1992年宪法修改草案,国会代表对领导干部行使监督权;宏观经济基本稳定,通货膨胀得到有效控制,国内生产总值增长水平高于上年;积极、有效开展外交活动,国际影响力逐步扩大。
In 2013, Vietnamese Communist Party （VCP）strengthened the leadership in politics and society as well as the anti-corruption of efforts, the political situation is stable. Vietnam＇s Congress debated many laws, especially the Draft Amendments of constitution in 1992, Congress exercises the supervision over leading cadres; the macroeconomy was stable and the inflation was effectively controlled, the level of GDP growth is higher than that of the previous year;carried out the effective and positive diplomacy and the international influence was gradually expanded.
