摘要 以羟丙基-β-环糊精为包合材料,通过三因素三水平的Box-Behnken实验设计,建立相应的二项式数学模型优化厚朴酚-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物的制备工艺条件.最优工艺条件为包合时间75min,包合温度60℃,羟丙基-β-环糊精与厚朴酚的投料比6∶1(质量比),包合率的预测值与理论值偏差较小.实验结果表明,Box-Behnken实验设计法用于厚朴酚-羟丙基-β-环糊精包合物制备工艺的优化是可行的. To optimize the preparation of magnolol-hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex. The preparation conditions like materials ratio, reaction time and temperature were investigated by u- sing a three-factor, three-level Box-Behnken experimental design. The optimized preparation condi- tions were as follows: the reaction time was 75 min,the temperature was 60 ℃, and the best ratio of HP-β-CD and magnolol was 6 : 1. Deviation between observed and predicted values was small. The Box-Behnken experimental design is suitable for optimizing the preparation of magnolol-hydroxyprop- yl-β-cyclodextrin inclusion complex.
