微量泵补钠在充血性心力衰竭并稀释性低钠血症中的应用

摘要 目的探讨微量泵补钠治疗充血性心力衰竭并稀释性低钠血症的疗效。方法在给予吸氧、正性肌力药物、利尿、减轻心脏前后负荷等常规治疗的基础上,治疗组26例在非严格限制水摄入的同时给予3%-10%氯化钠溶液静脉补充,对照组24例限制水摄入但不补钠,观察两组治疗前后的血钠浓度、心功能改善时间。结果治疗组血钠浓度明显改善(P〈0.05),对照组改善较差,且治疗组血钠及心功能改善时间明显短于对照组(P〈0.01)。结论微量泵静脉补3%~10%氯化钠溶液治疗充血性心力衰竭并稀释性低钠血症效果良好,值得临床推广。
