摘要 在激光扫描检测装置中,扫描电机转速波动性是影响检测装置精度的重要原因,文中针对较为常见的扫描电机--无刷直流电机(BLDCM),在分析其工作原理的基础之上,建立了一种考虑电机中点电压的电机数学模型,并通过Matlab Simulink搭建了仿真模型。提出了使用增量式PID控制算法实现电机的恒速控制,并进行了仿真,最后,利用STC89C52将PID控制与BLDCM结合在一起,通过实验,实现了对电机恒速控制。 In laser scanning detection device, the scanning motor speed fluctuation is the important factor affecting the precision of detection device, this article in view of the common scan motor, brushless dc motor (BLDCM), base on muhianalysis BLDCM's principle of work foundation, established a new kind of BLDCM control system simulation model after analysised of the mathematic model of the BLDCM, introduced the subsystems model of the BLDCM in detail by Matlab Simulink. A incremental PID control algorithm aim to the constant speed control of motor is proposed in this paper. Finally, attribute to STCg9C52,the PID control was combined with BLDCM, Through the experiment, constant speed control of motor was realized.
