摘要
目的通过对比研究优化当归补血口服液的纯化方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法和苯酚硫酸法分别测定黄芪甲苷、总多糖含量,并以黄芪甲苷保留率、总多糖保留率及纯化后样品的澄明度为指标,比较超滤和醇沉纯化方法对当归补血口服液的影响,评价2种方法的优劣。结果采用超滤法纯化当归补血口服液,在黄芪甲苷、总多糖等有效成分保留及澄明度方面,均优于醇沉法。结论超滤法所得当归补血口服液的有效成分保留率高,澄明度高,品质好。
Objective To optimize the purification process of Danggui Buxue oral liquid by comparative study. Methods HPLC method and phenol-sulfuric acid method were used to determine astragaloside and total polysaccharides. The feasibility of alcohol precipitation and ultrafiltration were evaluated with clarify of purified samples and the retention rate of astragaloside and total polysaccharides as indexes. Results Ultrafiltration is superior to alcohol precipitation on retention rate of astragaloside and total polysaccharides, and clarity in purification process for Danggui Buxue oral liquid Conclusion The retention rate of effective components and clarity was higher, and the quality of samples was better by ultrafiltration.
