钢中铝系夹杂物含量的原位统计定量方法探讨 被引量:5

摘要 对原位统计分布分析(OPA)中铝系夹杂物含量的两种定量分析数学模型进行了研究,并将其应用于多种钢铁光谱标准样品和中低合金钢实际样品中铝系夹杂物的含量分析。探讨了两种定量数学模型的适用范围和应用条件,发现样品中铝系夹杂物的颗粒大小分布对两种定量模型的应用有重要影响,而且当样品中总铝的含量低于0.2%时,所选定的定量模型计算夹杂铝的含量能取得较为满意的结果,与湿法化学分析差减所得到的酸不溶铝含量具有较好的一致性。 Two quantitative mathematical models in the original position statistic distribution analysis (OPA) for analysis of aluminum inclusions content were studied and applied to the determination of a- luminum inclusions content in several steel spectral certified reference material and medium- and low- alloy steel actual samples. The application scope and conditions of the two quantitative mathematical models were explored. It was found that the particle size and distribution of the aluminum inclusions had a significant impact on the application of the two quantitative models, and when the total alumi- num content of the sample was less than 0.2 %, the selected quantitative models for the calculation of the aluminum inclusions content could achieve satisfactory results and consistent with the acid-insolu- ble aluminum value obtained by subtraction method of the wet chemical analysis.
